Anti-HER2 (Phospho-Tyr877)

Anti-HER2 (Phospho-Tyr877) Antibody (Y011075) is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that detects endogenous HER2 (ERBB2, ErbB2) receptor tyrosine kinase specifically when phosphorylated at tyrosine 877 (Tyr877) in the kinase domain activation loop. Tyr877 is phosphorylated by Src kinase and by HER2 autophosphorylation; pTyr877 marks activated HER2 kinase and has been associated with trastuzumab resistance in HER2-amplified breast cancer. Detected band: ~185 kDa. Validated for Western blot (WB) and IHC.
