Anti-HBB

Y123129 by ABM (Applied Biological Materials) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody targeting HBB (Hemoglobin Subunit Beta / beta-globin), the adult hemoglobin subunit whose mutations underlie sickle cell disease and beta-thalassemia. Affinity purified, supplied at 100 µg per 100 µl in citrate-tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.0) with 0.02% Proclin 300. Validated for Western blot at 1:1,000 dilution against recombinant HBB protein and for ELISA. Host: mouse; reactive: human. Shelf life: 1 year from receipt.
