Anti-Estrogen Receptor-α (Phospho-Ser106) Antibody (Y011071) is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that detects endogenous ERα (estrogen receptor alpha, ESR1) specifically when phosphorylated at serine 106 (Ser106). Ser106 in the ERα N-terminal AF-1 domain is phosphorylated by CDK7 and CDK2 in a cell cycle-dependent manner, promoting ligand-independent ERα transcriptional activity. Detected band: ~66 kDa. Validated for Western blot (WB) and IHC.
