Anti-E-cadherin

Y300247 by Applied Biological Materials (ABM) is a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 4A2, IgG1) raised against recombinant E-cadherin and protein A/G affinity-purified to 100 µg/100 µl. Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF) in human samples, it targets CDH1, the canonical epithelial junction protein whose loss marks epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT).
