Anti-Cre produced in mouse

Y061712 by ABM is a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 7-23, IgG1) targeting Cre recombinase, with an epitope within the C-terminal 29 amino acids of the Cre protein. Validated for Western Blot and flow cytometry, this purified immunoglobulin is used to detect and quantify Cre recombinase expression in Cre-lox transgenic systems. Supplied as 100 μg at 1 μg/μL in PBS, pH 7.4.
