Anti-Cortactin (Phospho-Tyr466) — Y011272 — is a rabbit polyclonal antibody detecting CTTN/Cortactin (~80–85 kDa doublet) phosphorylated at Tyr466 in the proline-rich domain by Src and Arg kinases, a modification that recruits Nck adaptor and drives N-WASP/Arp2/3-mediated actin polymerisation at invadopodia to enable ECM degradation and tumour invasion. Validated for WB, IHC, IF, and ELISA in human, mouse, and rat. Store at –20 °C.
