Anti-Chk2 (Phospho-Ser516) Antibody (Y011147) is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that detects endogenous CHK2 (CHEK2) protein specifically when phosphorylated at serine 516 (Ser516). Ser516 is an autophosphorylation site in the CHK2 kinase domain that correlates with CHK2 kinase activation following DNA double-strand break (DSB) signaling via ATM. Detected band: ~62 kDa.
