Y123111 by ABM (Applied Biological Materials) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody targeting CFL1 (Cofilin-1), an actin-binding protein that regulates filament dynamics, cell motility, and mitosis. The antibody is affinity purified, supplied at 100 µg per 100 µl in citrate-tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.0) with 0.02% Proclin 300, and validated for Western blot at 1:1,000 dilution in BGC823 whole cell lysate and for ELISA. Host species: mouse; reactive species: human. Shelf life is 1 year from date of receipt.
