Anti-Cathepsin D

Y123048 by ABM is a mouse monoclonal antibody (IgG2a) targeting human Cathepsin D, a lysosomal aspartyl protease involved in protein catabolism and apoptosis. Raised against full-length recombinant Cathepsin D, this affinity-purified antibody is validated for Western Blot (1:1000) and ELISA, with performance confirmed using MCF-7 whole cell lysate.
