Y011288 by MBP is a rabbit polyclonal antibody detecting BIM (BCL2L11; BimEL isoform) phosphorylated at Serine 69 (human) or Serine 65 (mouse/rat), the ERK1/2-dependent modification that targets BIM for proteasomal degradation and suppresses apoptosis in RAS/BRAF-active cells.
