Anti-Beta-Gal

G045 by Applied Biological Materials (ABM) is an affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody (IgG) targeting E. coli Beta-Galactosidase (lacZ), validated for Western blot at 1:5000–1:25000, ELISA at 1:5000–1:25000, and immunoprecipitation at 1:500–1:5000. Supplied at 100 µg/100 µl in PBS, it is used for lacZ reporter gene detection in molecular biology research.
