Anti-BAD (Phospho-Ser155)

Anti-BAD (Phospho-Ser155) Antibody (Y011069) is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that detects endogenous BAD protein specifically when phosphorylated at serine 155 (Ser155). Ser155 lies within the BCL-2 homology 3 (BH3) domain of BAD; phosphorylation at this site by PKA (cAMP-dependent protein kinase) blocks BAD binding to BCL-xL, promoting cell survival. Detected band: ~20 kDa. Validated for Western blot.
