Anti-ATF4 (Phospho-Ser245) Antibody (Y011053) is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that detects endogenous ATF4 protein specifically when phosphorylated at serine 245 (Ser245). ATF4 is a master transcription factor of the integrated stress response (ISR); Ser245 phosphorylation is associated with mTORC1-dependent regulation of ATF4 transcriptional activity in amino acid sensing and unfolded protein response (UPR) contexts. Observed band: ~45 kDa (predicted ~38 kDa). Validated for Western blot and IHC.
