Anti-AFP

Y123120 by ABM (Applied Biological Materials) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody targeting AFP (Alpha-Fetoprotein), an oncofetal plasma protein produced by the yolk sac and fetal liver that serves as a clinical biomarker for hepatocellular carcinoma and germ cell tumors. Affinity purified, supplied at 100 µg per 100 µl in citrate-tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.0) with 0.02% Proclin 300. Validated for Western blot at 1:1,000 dilution in HepG2 whole cell lysate and for ELISA. Host: mouse; reactive: human. Shelf life: 1 year from receipt.
