Oersted's Law Apparatus, 1 Each

The Oersted's Law Apparatus by United Scientific shows the magnetic effect of an electric current using a balanced magnetic needle inside a rectangular metal frame. Three binding posts send current along the bottom of the frame or around its full length, and reversing the current reverses the needle's deflection. It runs on 1.5 V to 3 V DC and measures 3" x 6" x 7". Physics teachers use it to demonstrate Oersted's discovery and electromagnetism.
