Makerspace DIY: Mechanical Globe, 1 Each

The Makerspace DIY: Mechanical Globe by United Scientific is an Engino® laser-cut wooden kit that builds a tilted, hand-cranked rotating globe 19 cm long and 18.5 cm tall. With a flashlight, students use it to demonstrate day and night and the seasons. The kit includes a paint set and a theory book with instructions and activities. It is used in earth science and STEM classes by groups of 2 to 3 students.
