Leyden Jar, 6" Tall, 3-1/4" In Dia, 1 Each

The Leyden Jar by United Scientific demonstrates static electricity storage and the function of a dielectric. Two aluminum jars, one with an attached aluminum electrode, and a plastic jar nest together to collect charge, forming a 6" tall, 3-1/4" diameter capacitor that can be taken apart. Physics teachers use it for capacitance and electrostatics lessons, and an activity guide is included.
