Duratherm HF-FG is a food-grade heat transfer oil with a 530°F (277°C) flash point, which Duratherm describes as the highest of any food-grade heat transfer oil. It is rated to 640°F (338°C), NSF registered HT1, Kosher and meets FDA 21 CFR 178.3570. Supplied in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums and 275-gallon totes.
