Duratherm FG is a food-grade heat transfer fluid rated to a 620°F (327°C) maximum bulk temperature, which Duratherm describes as one of the highest temperature food-grade thermal fluids available. It is NSF registered HT1, Kosher and meets FDA 21 CFR 178.3570, with strong resistance to fouling. Supplied in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums and 275-gallon totes.
