The United Scientific® Digital Thermometer by United Scientific is a probe thermometer with a 4" 304 stainless steel probe, measuring -50°C to 300°C (-58°F to 572°F) with ±1 degree accuracy. It offers selectable °C/°F, a max/min key, and a 10-minute power-saving shut-off, and it ships with its battery. Teaching and research labs use it to check liquids, baths and samples.
