The Diamond Crystal Model by United Scientific is a ball-and-spoke model of the diamond crystal form of carbon, permanently mounted on a clear triangular acrylic base. It contains 30 balls, each 22 mm in diameter, and stands 20.5 cm tall with a 25.5 cm base side. Chemistry and materials science teachers use it to demonstrate covalent network solids and carbon allotropes.
