The Aspirator by United Scientific is a plastic aspirator that generates vacuum for filtration and other lab applications. It is designed to prevent flooding, back-flow and turbulence and includes a 15 cm hose. The side nozzle accepts tubing from 0.5 cm to 1.0 cm inner diameter, so it connects to standard filter flasks. Chemistry and biology teaching labs use it as a simple vacuum source for Buchner filtration.
