Your Order Cancellation Rights

For orders done via purchase order, it is non-cancellable upon receiving an order confirmation from our group. If you have made a mistake in product quantities, and/or pricing, please contact your account manager within 24 hours of placing this purchase order.

For online sales done, the order will immediately go into processing upon checkout. If any assistance is required, our team can assist via email or phone.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return:

  • You received the wrong Goods
  • You received an excess amount of Goods

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
