Sterility | This USP sterility tested product has been triple 0.1µm filtered. It has been screened for mycoplasma and viruses, and is certified to be free of bovine diarrhea virus, cytopathogenic agents, and hemoadsorbing agents. |
Usage | This product should be supplemented to cell cultures at a concentration of 5-20%. The optimal concentration varies depending on the cell culture. |
Storage Condition | This product is stored at -20°C, with a shelf life is 60 months. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided by making aliquots upon first thawing. Like most serum products, turbidity may occur upon thawing. This does not affect the performance of this product. |

Our FBS is NOT heat-inactivated. Heat-inactivated FBS is not recommended for culture of ABM’s cell lines, unless explicitly stated in the propagation protocol.
